Coming soon! Have to get the pics uploaded
I've noticed that too, but I think it's just because the tranny is ready to shift into 3rd when the power behind it disappears and gets thrown into 3rd too quickly for the amount of power its getting. Seems to happen more to me when the tranny is cold. It is possible it could be a TPS issue though. Let me know if you find out anything!I got mine through Summit Racings ebay store. Install was a breeze thanks to these instructions. Also installed a new solenoid pack. Shifts great now. I do notice however that sometimes if letting off just before the 2-3 shift it will slam into 3rd pretty good. Might be a TPS issue.
will be following this with much interest, as I have a similar issueThanks a lot for this Jeepboy.
I have just done a drain and filter change and was wanting to replace the actuator plate with a stock one from the agents, but I could not release the wiring clip on the top of the VB, so had a look at the plate and it looked fine, tightened up a few of the 6 bolts holding it in place and then put it all back again.
My 2nd to 3rd shift, when cold, is still there though, and that does not matter how I am accelerating (although I never accelerate hard when cold) but after its been going a bit shes smooth as gravy again.
Any ideas or should go the whole hog and redo the box with and the valves, or just replace the VB?
Much appreciated.
