have you taken it to get an alignment? after i put my lift on i centered the trac bar best i could then took it to a shop to get an alignment and had them fully center it for me..also check all your bushings on your ctrl arms, check all the bolts on the trac bar make sure they are tight, look at all you tie rod ends make sure they are in good condition, check your hub bearings make sure they arent starting to go out, check your steering stabalizer make sure its bolted in tight and that the shock isnt going out..that being said how much lift are you running? give us a detail list of what you have done to your jeep since before the DW started till now when you get it at 20-25mph

DW at 20-25? Is this when you hit a bump, or just reach that speed?

Did you get the track bars on tight at both the axle and body ends?

i got the front to rear kit from RRO and it came with an ajustable track bar, bracket for the back front OME springs and transfer case drop. i got some fixed arms but i havent installed them becouse there not in yet. I would think thats why i get the DW but the kit said it worked with the stock arms so I just wanted to see what els it could be. i have my tires balanced, but i haven't done the alignment yet (waitting on the arms) O ya its a 3.5" lift and the DW happens when i hit a bumps

so i dont know how to post a new thread so hopefully this works -_-"sorry newbie"

so the question is Anyone know or know where I can find the torque specs for a zj all control arms, shocks, track bar (front and rear) and drive shaft?

dont know specifics but when in doubt tighten till its tight then turn 1/4 more of a turn then check the bolt after a little driving..if its loose tighten even more..if its still tight..its good

Torque specifications are based on the size & strength of the bolt not the application. The numbers are generally based on yielding the first couple engaged threads. Check this out:

Eyeball aligning your axles

A good way to get your front axle ligned up is use a plumb bob and tape measure.
Find a point on each side of your frame next to your axle that is the same spot on both sides.
Drop your plumb bob and measure the string to the same spot on the inside of each wheel.
Adjust your track bar accordingly.
You can then center your steering wheel by adjusting the tie rod end on your drag link.
I did this on mine after putting in a 3.5 lift and it runs straight down the road and I have yet to go to an alignment shop. (maybe a bad idea, i don't know, but so far it's worked for me)

Whenever I have experience DW, or worked on a friends vehicle with it, there was as loose or worn part...(Track bar bushing or joint, control arm bushing, tie rod end). Having the alignment off or bad tires will cause it too. My neighbor has a 96 zj that was giving him DW at 40+ without hitting a bump. I told him to swap tires front to rear as his front tires were very worn. They were Super Swamper TRXUS 31s. When he switched the tires, no more DW.
