Thanks!
So anyone know a good reliable shock that will last me more than a year?

Wat makes u think ur shocks are bad?
Bilsteins are really good like 5150's or if u want better fox 2.0's will be really nice...I got them on the front and plan to put them on the rear soon!!

FOA Emulsion Shocks FTW! They are the best bang for your buck

there really good but they do cost more..than fox..I paid $130 each and there like $165 but u cant go wrong with FOA or FOX...I been thinking about some coilovers for my ZJ!!

I prefer FOA over Fox because of the wide range of options they offer plus depending on size the cost isnt much more than Fox. IMHO FOA is much better but ive never run Fox so im sort of biased

I recently saw on the magazine that Kings make them too.
The tire store told me about the shock

Is Fox adjustable? with extra reservior? ~how much? very reliable?

Im telling you, FOA is where its at! They have a large amount of options regarding valving and you can fine tune them to what you need. Im sure Fox does the same thing but FOA offers different diameters for super tough shocks that will last you a long time

I've always run bilstein 5100 stuff, but I think when funds allow I'm going to put some of those FOX or FOA 2.0 shocks on. I really like to bomb back roads and cover some ground, and I always bottom out my shocks (and I refuse to give up my 70% down travel setup)

U dont need that adjustable crap,u loose travel..haha...u can get a reservior or non reservior, but they are the best out there..FOA,FOX.swayaway and KING!!!

Just got 4 BFG KM2 tires. Boy! what a difference! KM2 are way.. more civilized than the MTRs. A lot less noise & does not wonders on the freeways like the MTRs. Can't wait to try it out on the rocks. By the way, anyone know how to determind a bad shock?

bad shock will bounce noticably more as said, and leak usually

If that is the case, then the tire store was lying to me, none of my shocks bounce at all.
I push them down and them came back up & no bounce.
