Sorry to hear that Rick :( We will have to try and get to rausch later in the year again so that every one that could not make this run can come to a fall run, sound good?!

I wish that I could have made it but me and the wife are going on a cruise. I probably will be down for a fall run though. Keep this in mind and I might be able to make it.

Yeah I know, now i am even more depressed than before :( At least we will have fun :D Good thing your ZJ has a back seat, may need to ride in the back of yours if no one else shows :p

ill be there even if it is on foot... lol... i trimmed my front fenders today.. they look nice.. i have a computer issue tho, im gonna make a thred in the tech forum see if anyone has an idea

basically my check engine light as been on for a while and i would clear the codes and after about 60 miles when the evap monitor comes on the CEL would light up... so i think i fixed the problem, i found a bad vacuum line... pluged it up and hav been good to go...

so my vehicle state inspection sticker expired april 30, and the cops around here can be real pricks about it and i dont really blend into the crowd any more. i talked to a shop and they will run me through but i have to have no check engine light (which i dont) and all but two monitors have to be on -- well right now all but o2, catylist, and evap are on,... what i dont get is i have put at least 200 miles on it since the last clear, when i had a problem the evap would come on after about 50-60...

whats the deal why wont the other monitors turn on??

The PCM is seeing a potential problem in the evap system, but it has to see it twice in a row to set a code. If it sees a failed evap test, then a pass, then a fail, it will stop all other monitors from running and keep testing that system till it either sees two passes or two fails in a row. Try replacing the broken vacuum line instead of plugging it, that may be getting the PC all fouled up, depending on what you plugged. Then disconnect the battery for about ten minutes, reconnect it. start the jeep( from a stone cold, not driven in past four to eight hours) and let it idle 10 minutes with no A/c or heat and no accesseries on. then drive it with no A/C on a nice 50-65 MPH cruise for about 5-10 minutes, then some stop and go and see what sets. If all is ok, you should get all but two monitors to run.

HOPE TO SEE YA THERE!!

H3ll I don't need to drive, just ride along is good for me, hate to screw it up right after you got it back together!!

They don't care. Rigs don't need to be street legal, inspected, registered, have plates, or even have a VIN number. Fully custom tube buggies that have never seen pavement wheel there all the time. The park is completely contained within itself, so once you get there, you can wheel the whole weekend without touching a public road.

I believe they do require (or at least recommend) insurance, but I don't ever recall being asked for insurance information anytime I've been there.

Sliders are cake! Ill trade positions with you if you want haha! Its looking grim gents...wish me luck and keep your pudgy little fingers crossed

Depends on what monitors are not set , but yes the factory Chrysler scan tool can force some of the monitors to run on certain year vehicles. Best bet see what ones are not running and call a dealer. Let me know what ones are not running and I can give you some tips on setting them too or what to look for as a cause for em not setting.
