I have a 97 zj with a 2" BB on the stock coils. I am going to buy some up country springs to get my lift height around 3" so it will give me more room for 31's. I will need to buy some new shocks with this just wanting to hear some opinions on the type of shocks i should get to try and keep a comfortable ride. What shocks would yall recommend and is it necessary to get an adjustable trac bar

You can probably get away without having a track bar or brackets. But I'm putting on a 3.5" and got front and rear adjustable track bars.

The Edelbrock IAS are pretty comfortable onroad and it does the job offroad. They are pricey though. I've never tried OME but judging from what I've read up they seem to be pretty simular.

OME's are nice, I ran them on my ZJ for a while.

Rancho shocks ride pretty rough, I had a set on my old Chevy.

DT8000's are beefy and a good shock for the money, but they ride pretty stiff too.

bilsteins all the way! You get what you pay for with shocks.
