Hi guys! Here is my 96 I've owned since 01.Started out as my wife's dd. Bone stock. It became my dd when she gota minivan.
I had to make it a "Daddies Jeep"
First thing that went on was driving lights over the bumper and fog/driving lights in the stock locations under the bumper.Mine did not come with stock driving lights so I had to cut the holes out. Second was new wheels.
About a year later we built a 2 3/4 inch lift for the 31 10.5 bfg tires that were given to me. Not the greatest of shape but still had about a years worth left in them. A few month later I bought a newer set and slapped them on.
I drew up plans to build a roof rack...unfortunatly I got laid off from work so the rack is on hold.As well as the home made bumper/grill guard I plan to build. I'm also looking to get fender flares from the cherokee's to modifiy for my fenders. I can't see paying $400 plus for fender flares that could be ripped off.
I recently added 4 lights to the roof but have yet to wire them up.
Thats about it for now. I'm rolling with 185,000 on the od with no major problems. It's been the best vehicle we have ever had.
Wife talks of selling to buy me something else but I can't see me letting it go. I have other ideas I'd like to do..like a v8 maybe! I like the fact that I can toss the kids in and go places her van won't. lol

Sorry for the not so good pic. My camera has died so this pic is from my cell. Gonna try to get better pics sometime soon.
Hope ya like!!

Pretty nice and welcome to the forum. I have a 93 and i am putting a 3" lift on it the spring and i am running 30" at's so i have more room to flex when wheeling.

Did alittle modding today....I've wanted to place wire mesh in my grill for awhile. I found what I was looking for this morn for .25 cents. A slightly beaten wire mesh trash can just up the street from me at a yard sell.

My parents had the kids all day and wife was working......I had all day to myself! I started out replacing a badly worn front track bar. Then I got to start on my grill. After an hour or so I was ready to glue the cut and bent to shape pieces to my grill. I think it turned out pretty sweet. These pics are from my cell...
