I'm fitting all new control arms (with bushes fitted) top and bottom on my ZJ 4.0 Ltd., I've got a pretty good range of tools etc. and could have just pressed in new bushes into original arms with my hydraulic bench press - but it was cheaper to buy pre-fitted arms.........

However, I want to know what is the best/easiest way to remove old axle end bush for the UCArms and press in the new bush????

I did a search on here, but it wasn't too successfull.

Many thanks, fellow Grand Jeepers!

This tool makes short work of it, but you can fabricate something similar using all thread, nuts, washers, ect.
Yeah, I had a look and read of the Jeep Shop Manual (got it on USB stick and on the hard drive of the 10" PC I've got in the Jeep, but I'm not sure I've got a good enough idea in my mind of what/how the "Special Jeep Tool" looks like and how it actually fits and works to make one...... hence my original Q of what the best/easiest way of R/R is for these bushes on both the left and right sides of the axle.
