My wife’s 2021 Grand Cherokee wouldn’t start. Jump started and was headed home when volt gauge showed 11.7 and jumped into park. Could not get in neutral or drive I replaced both batteries and test drove but saw volt gauge jump 14 to 13.5 and then to 12.6. Sent to dealer and was told that is normal. This is the first jeep we own so I am not familiar with the charging system.
