Ok, I promise not to be obnoxious and talk on my cellular all weekend, but do cell phones work at the event?

But, nobody from work is going to be covering for me - we're just hoping the world can live without my unique talents for a few days. So, it would be good if I could check in once a day, maybe at the end of the day when we get back to camp.

Very good question. I need to be available on Firday night via cell phone or our entire firm could potentially go down. Pretty serious huh?

The last 2 years I have been we have been able to use ours to call and check on our daughter each afternoon. Although not with perfect reception.

If you've got Sprint PCS, don't bet on it, unless your at the top of Pinnacle. That's the only place I had reception last year.

I had ATT coverage if I stood ontop of the picnic table or maybe the jeep, but it was very flakey at that. Analog too.
