thanks man. like i said, its getting there slowely but surely. its hard for a poor teenager like me to get enough money to put into it, because im 17. keeping gas in the thing is hard enough.

Can't wait to see some pics. Good luck with the install on the new items.

i got it all on today. what i thought was supposed to be rock sliders ended up being step bars. i put them on anyways . but i will post pics as soon as i figure out how to.

Looks nice and clean. The nerf bars will get hammered pretty quickly when you start off roading if you're not careful. The front gaurd looks good.

what is the cheapest way to get another few inches?
You don't have F-R swap options like on the ZJ's.

Enjoy the BB for now and learn how to wheel it. If you want to go higher, just save for a Long Arm kit. I have ridden in WJ's with SA and LA, and the LA kits ride a TON better on and off road. The WJ's that I rode in with SA kits both had Teraflex kits though. Others on here are running SA 4 inch kits on WJ's and seem to like them.

What kit are you running Blue, is it BDS? Blue has some great off road pics and it looks like his WJ performs well off road.

i think Blue is running the BDS kit as well....but like 85iroc said...learn to wheel it first and do some research on SA and LA kits...its cheaper to do it right the first time!!

There's probably a thousand ways to go about lifting it...I have a 4" BDS Kit, Kevins's Sliders, JKS Quicker Discos, an 32" Procomp Muds. Do a little research and figure out what you want to do with it, and go from there. If it's gonna be a little while until you get more lift, you may want to look around on craigslist or ebay or something for some reasonably priced AT or MT tires that'll fit until you make more room under your Jeep...that'll make a much bigger difference than anything else you van get for a couple hundred dollars...

thanks for all the advice guys, but its gonna be a while before i can afford an LA kit. i will probably have to wait til i get out of Air Force tech school first, so that i'll have a bit of money. but until then, im gonna continue w/ the cheaper stuff unless i come across an awesome deal.
