I have a Kargo master roof rack, and i just bought a Hi-lift jack and the Kargo Master hi-lift jack brackets.No instructions came with them. Will someone please send me a picture of how they are put on or a link to the instructions?

Post up some pictures of the brackets and the rack, I am sure we can figure it out. On my KOR roof rack, there were 2 "bolts" that the holes in the hi lift went through then there were t-handles that secured it down.

They are being funny. JB Weld, is essentially a strong glue.

There look to be two bolts that will hold the hi lift on with the two "t" nuts. There also look to be two "cuffs" that the hi lift sits on. So I wonder if the two flat brackets with a little lip on the bottom might "sandwhich" the roof rack, then the two "cuff" brackets attach to that, and then the hi lift sits on them and bolts to the brackets with two of the bolts.

If you can't figure it out, you can bring it over to my house some weekend, and we will figure it out.

Yeah each flat piece has a curled lip on one end. They do sandwhich the rack, the only problem is Idk what bolts go where and where to use the washers and the two "spacers".

Hardware is a bit different from the brackets on my rack.

Long bolt goes through the top hole. SHort bolt through the bottom hole. The plates to sandwich the rack like the pic attached shows.

The deep nuts act as spacers with a washer on each side to sandwich the jack between. Store the jack with the handle on the bottom resting in the j hooks.

Money well spent on one of the rubber handle isolators. Or just tape or rope the handle and jack together to keep them from rattling around.

okay ill put up some pictures tomorrow and try to pre assemble them for an idea, but should the bottom bolts (small ones) face the same as the longer ones??

question about the brackets: for the lock piece where you use the biggest "spacer" was it: washer,spacer,washer,lock washer, then T-handle?
