I got some time and took apart the whole dash just to do this...

and finally moved my rock light switches to a better place instead of dangling down from beneath the dash at my feet. they'll do fine there for now until i make something a little nicer to put in the place of the VIC to make it look a little better, notice the Uwharrie dust INSIDE my dash

PS, makes a great place for my ipod while i'm cruising

Burn! Rock lights are actually useful for when it gets dark out on the trails. My buddy has them in his YJ and has used them several times. Everything has a place, well most things anyways

thats a joke i guess, but honestly i've used my rock lights i already have more times working under my jeep at night than i have wheeling with them. they work great for when you run out of light of day working on the jeep

It's a joke from my end, because here in Michitigan they would always be choked with mud and worthless, with the exception of all the quality time the Jeep has been spending on stands lately.

I really like the idea of rock lights, but as close as I could reasonably acheive would be "riot lights" off the side of the roof rack. Good thing we don't got rocks.
