ok, GC tow strapped to wrangler, wrangler winching GC. should be enough weight to pull you out, and keep all 4 wheels of the wrangler on the ground.

Hey hey now, easy on the insults.

Wronglers are for cheerleaders.

I'm no structual engineer, but that sounds like a BAD idea. I did always want a cj6 though...
Stetch that Cj on the rack!!! LMAO And yes that would be a bad idea!! And a Cj is definately not a wrongler!!

What trail you gonna run?

So who is doing what trails when they go. At this point, I am going the noob route with mine and going green. Its either that or hitch a ride with someone going more difficult to get some pointers. To be honest, as far as wheelin I am still very green and not real confident in my abilities yet. Need to keep my rig in one piece as its also a DD.

I'll run whatever, if my jeep is still in one piece. I prefer high blues/low blacks but I can have fun on the easy trails doing stupid things all day too.

Nerk, I am not near as far away as you, but don't want to walk home either. That is why I am going to wheel the easier trails, plus I can't afford to break it(with all the money I will have spent on it by then, the wife would have me fitted for concrete shoes if I broke it). Just trying to get an idea of who wants to do what trails, so I can see if we have enough people in each group to have a fun day.
By the way, who all is thinking of camping overnight or staying somewhere for sunday??

I plan on staying saturday night...depends on where if the wife comes or not. as of right now, I plan on camping in the bed of my Cummins Friday Night and Saturday.

Head and rig count

Going to email Rausch and give them a head and rig count, so I went back through the posts to see who said they would be there and who might. Looks like possibly 15-19 rigs going. Here is a summarry of who said they would be there so far: Myself, Ramsport, nerkshirezj, Gaze, Jeepy5point2, RockZJ, OUTCAST, getblown, BigD, LancasterZJ, GrandZJTSI (maybe), MaineMan, Jerseydevil (maybe), SirFuego (did not think he could go that weekend), and quebec4x4( teacher and might not be able to go in May). Is this every one so far?? Anyone on this list definately NOT going?? Let me know please and if you know someone on the list, let them know to please let me know. The sooner I get a head count (rig count) the better. THANKS!

If I still have the same rig, I'll do whatever. I just put on 31s and I will have a 2" BB on by the end of may and I know what its capable of with that clearance and its quite impressive for what it is.

I think you still have time before you call up RC. We are going the end of May, so April would be the soonest I'd call.

Rick
Thanks Rick!! This is the first time planning anything like this so not sure how much notice to give. I know when I was involved in doing car shows, they usually wanted 6 months to a years notice. So that is why I am a little rammy about getting this all figured out.

COOL, read the other post, sounds like a cool plan!! You had me a little worried there!! I'll keep my eyes open for a 96-98 V8 ZJ for ya!
