Comming back to Silverdale from Guam. I have spent 14 years of my Navy career there, so I am familiar with the area. I look forward to seeing the new trails in Tahuya. I will be a first time ZJ owner on the 17th of Nov. Look forward to meeting some of you guys.

Did you buy your ZJ from a place called Fraiser's Autos? The one with 175,000 miles and they only wanted like $2300 for it?

The color is called "Char-gold" as I am to understand. If so your rig is the mirror image of mine when it was stock.

Anyway welcome home. And welcome to the NW Chatter box. Stick around and we'll show you whats up.

Sliders dude. First thing.

Yes, that is the one I bought. I got them down to $1900 for it. Thanks for the welcome. I love being back here.
I am going to weld on some sliders that my buddy and I are going to make out of steel plate.

Hahahahaha. I've been watching that one on craigslist for a couple months. Looked like a good deal to me. I'm glad you got it. Now I'll get to see it grow up.

Here is some inspiration.

See you on the trail.

Thanks guys. I plan on getting front and rear lockers as one of my first mods. But how will a front locker like a Lock Right effect my daily driving with the full time AWD?

Horus, thanks for the inspiration!!! I look forward to being more of a mini-me for a while. I do not plan on going that big for a long time. I am going to keep it simple for a while.

Yeah.... Yeah, I said the same thing.

You cannot run an automatic locker up front with AWD. It's either selectable or open.

I run Kevin's Off Road sliders. They are the LP1s. If you are not going to make your own they are well worth what you pay for them. If you do build your own make sure you build an outer hoop to keep trees off your doors. These are very important.

That is what I thought about the front locker, so OX, or ARB right?
Roger that on the sliders, I will be making my own, so that is good input. Thanks.

How come a lot of people have a signature that is longer than 4 lines, but I am not allowed to make one longer than 4 lines??? Is it a seniority thing?

I'll have to assume so... This site just got sold to another person and they are making lots of changes, but I'm not to sure on that one. I would post up your question in the "lounge" section.

I found out that people who had signatures prior to the web site change were able to retain them.
