I just picked up a 1993 GC larado, 5.2, automatic with the 4 hi-4 low only transfer case. Pretty good condition for the age.

Started what I thought was a crazy angry bird chirp, think maybe Serpentine belt new belt, checked pulleys and only movement is rotational, no play in bearings. When I stop she purrs like a kitten, no chirp, no noises. Start driving again. Pissed off bird rears it's head again. Chirping increases with RPM while driving, not with speed. That's what's driving me crazy. I'll try and get a video of it. Also noticing a low growling noise under throttle, but the Tach needle is sticking so I think that's probably it, noises coming from two different spots. Drives, offroads fantastic, took it all over the area to test it out, sand, slick rock, Washboards, like I expect it to run.

Did I mention, no radio to turn up. So yeah. Please help me kill this damn bird.
