1. do i need a drop pitman arm? if i dont NEED it, would it still be helpful?
2. do i need the extended brake lines? are they hard to install?
3. with trimming could i fit 32's?(with a 3" or 3.5" lift)
4. how big of a tire before the abs has to recalibrated to accomodate the size and weight difference?

1. NO, you don't need a dropped pitman arm, the stocker works fine.
2. No, you can just pull the lines out a bit. There is a lot of line up in the engine compartment, i'm at 6"'s w/ stock lines, yes it flexes!!
3. Yes, you will have to trim for the 32's, it will work though.
4. I'm running 33's and have not touched the ABS system, no problems. You speedo will be off a few MPH.
