I have the kit with some changes. I have the Clayton crossmember, since the ROR crossmember is a retarded design, and I have the 7" springs. If you want an idea of what a Grand looks like with the 5.5" springs and 2" spacers on top of them, I have a picture for you. That is the setup I did to mine when I first installed it, it rode fine.

Makes 33" tires look sooooooooo tiny.

Preferably, its nice to leave it at 5.5" and just cut the wheel wells out for 35's.

The trackbar is a piece because I think the thread is not course enough or the metal is too soft. On an outing I had the threaded end strip out of the bar and made it difficult to drive. Mainly because without the trackbar the rear axle was allowed to go side to side and this made driving on the trail and on road very difficult. I had a guy nearby temporarily weld the crap out of it so I could make it home to order a new one.

When I had driven on this suspension for about 3 months, I decided that I should take it apart and check for cracks in the unibody where the bolts went through. None were present.

Then I decided to add the 1/4" angle between the front and rear control arm mounts to distribute the load more evenly over the body.

Either way, I have to agree with Warhorse that it is still a good kit for the money.

Yea the IRO kit looks solid. As for the Clayton crossmember part number, I just called them directly and asked for it. It was I think $299 plus shipping.

Really? Mine have been on there for about 2 years and they are doing just fine.
