My Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk has been at the dealership since early April waiting for a new rear end. The parts keep being pushed back for unknown “supply chain” issues. I have involved customer service but nothing is progressing. Has anyone else been trying to get help like this?

I hope you cancelled the collision part of your insurance while its been off the road. Would have saved you some money. I do that when I put my cars away in storage , but keep the liability.

I wish I could have, but it was needed for the rental car we have. It has been since
april that rental car costs have been in this drawn out process. thanks for the heads-up on the insurance.
