whenever my car isn't warm(like first 5 minutes of driving) and I brake i can hear the rear rotors or something to do with the brakes making sounds when coming to a stop, it is a little disconcerting but goes away after a few minutes, any ideas? my best guess is there is moisture under the pad and that causes the noise to start out or, seeing that the brakes suck, it is warped?

Probably cheap brake pads. That is usually what causes that type of noise although not always. My shop only uses wagner top of the line brake pads but for some reason they do the same thing on the front of my wife's durango and the dakota we had before that. Not on any other vehicle that I have done just my vehicles. Go figure.
