Right now I'm running the Pro Comp 3" kit + 2" spacers, and I'm thinking about going to an all coil lift. Would swaping the coils and spacers with the RE 4.5" coils do the trick without losing any height to the zj? Thanks.

Try it and find out. Each rig is so diffent that calculating that 1/2 to 1 inch over the internet is damn near impossible. Just fawking do it and deal with it later.

You probably would have almost as much lift. Your ProComp coils have probably sagged a little depending on age, so I'd predict that the RE 4.5" coils would just equal your current height. You don't really need to worry about it though- you can run 33's with the RE 4.5", and you'll really benefit from the added flex because you couldn't compress/ expand that 2" spacer.

I would imagine you would gain 1-2" of lift with fresh RE 4.5" coils over your current setup. Most people only net 2" of lift once their Procrap coils sag. Add 2" BB to that and you are sitting at 4" of lift. You will net 5-6" of lift from RE 4.5" coils.

What are your current hub to fender measurements?

Mine are 23.5" with new RE coils. So, compare those to yours and that will give you a fairly good idea. Obviously engines, bumpers and winches will alter the numbers slightly, but you get the point.

I'm around 22 in the front and 22.5 in the rear. I have the PC arms now, but I think that the RE adj arms would be needed if i did the swap, don't ya think?

I depends on the length of your procomp arms. When I bought my RE 4.5 kit it came with fixed length arms in the front. You may be able to get away with the the procomp arms. Plus I think I have seen or read about people using their oem arms at about 5 inches.

I would be one of them. I am running RE 4.5" springs front and rear w/ oem arms. Not the ideal setup, as I don't have a lot of droop before my front LCA contact the spring perch, but it works until the LA go on.

You don't necessarily need the RE arms, or adjustable for that matter. It is more for adjusting for tire clearance than anything else. I would imagine you'd probably be just fine with the Procomp arms if since you are already running them with ~4" of lift. You will probably net ~1" more with the RE springs.

i agree with johnand, i am runnning stock arms with the 4.5'' coils and spacers and the only thing really bad about it now is the tire clearence issue, and when money comes in a LA setup can solve that easily, the RE coils will prob. be a couple inches more lift then you have now, especially if you have an I6

I think that the adj arms are really needed, at least in the rear. my 31's are close to rubbing and I want to fit 32's or maybe 33's. Right now what I'm worried about is that when I am idling around 15-25 mph, a rattling sound appears. But when i press the brake or accelerate, it goes away. Anyone know what that noise is? :crazy
