i want to know if theres a problem with me going from 3.5 to 4.5 without replacing the front control arms. right now ive got the rubincon express 3.5 inch so ive got all four lowers. the front are fixed and the rear are adjustable. so in the front i have stock uppers and lower fixed RE superrides. i plan on adding 2 inch spacers and a front adj trac bar. im almost certain that the RE arms for the 4.5 inch kit are the exact length as stock. im planning on just buying adj upper rears to center the axle a little better. what i cant understand is that if the front RE arms from the 4.5 inch kit are the same length as stock(please verify this), then why do people say you need new fronts at this height? basically if the front stocks are the same length as the ones from the 4.5 RE then i dont see why i need to get them.

thanks guys

what im asking is is are the upper RE arms the same length as stock like the lowers are? ive seen people stacking spacers on their RE 4.5 inch for 6.5 inches of lift. if the RE front lower and uppers are both the same length as stock then that means that its possible to run the front on stock arms at 6.5 inches.
