Well like every year past I always have a new rush of things to do before Grand Slam. I've gotten off to a good start, but as always there's a bunch left to do.

New: Clayton's custom high clearance front bumper
Warn XD9000
36/12.50-15 Swamper SX's

Plans: Detroit 8.8
Detroit EZ D30(part of locker package deal)
4.56 or 4.88's
replacement motor/tranny
Sell EZ and get ARB 30/30 with alloys
SYE with new DS's(need to investigate Explorer lengths)

Well, hmm......having to buy this new tranny hurts me badly. Plan to see me there winchless and gearless unless I can raise money by June. Fundraiser for GSE fee anyone?

I've got my definite list:
- Gotta rebuild the winch motor this year. (Had one of those "screw the duty cycle, I want out of this mudhole" moments, and now I've gotta pay for it)
- Adjustable LCA's for the rear
- Overhead shelf for the CB (I'm tired of it sliding around at my feet, and that can't be good for the coax)

Then theres always what I WANT to do:
- I'd love to go long arm, but I don't think I'm going to swing that in time. I wonder if Clayton would do an install in the field? ;)
- New tires. The 32's still have some tread, but they're starting to get worn.

Whats the going rate for blood plasma?

I'm ready, I'm ready, lemme at 'em!!!

Planneded mods: Paragon at least two weekends a month if I can get away with it. There is only so far I can get before before maintenance time and repair time start to cut into wheeling time as they seem to always do at the end of a good season

I am sure I will break a bunch of stuff this spring, so I am saving my money and time for repairs, not mods. It's time for me to have some fun with this fawker all spring long.

If I were to make it there as I am now I am more than happy with that.

I'm waiting on some adjustable control arms. I also have the go-ahead to purchase a winch.

Plan to Do:
33x12.50 TSL's so my rig gets mistaken for Beerman's even more often
Adjustable Front LCA's
Spacer & Bumpstop Tweaking
Fender Trimming

HS9500 sitting in the garage waiting for it to warm up for the install...

Also think I'll get skid plates and some offroad lights...

 Nice! Sounds like a few of you fellas got some cool stuff too, congrats. After taking delivery of the 36's yesterday, and talking to present and past 36" owners, I'm looking to sell my hpD30 in hopes of finding a D44. I have a few possibilities lined up, I just need to do some hardcore pondering as to which route to take. Snowball effect much?? :crazy

Just got a set of good used 33x12.5 TSL's on yesterday and man they fit tight. So, looks like I'll be making some long arms when the weather breaks. Also want to make a sparetire carrier for the rear, and wire up my inverter. Nothing like fresh coffee and a hotplate on the trail. :)

Here's MY plan... to make it there with everything working :waving: and to not break something the first AM, that puts me riding shotgun the rest of the weekend. :bang:

I wonder if I can say that the winch and roof rack with lights came in a combo package? Oh yeah, the winch cable/rope was a freebie that was included for buying such a great product....
