Well like every year past I always have a new rush of things to do before Grand Slam. I've gotten off to a good start, but as always there's a bunch left to do.

New: Clayton's custom high clearance front bumper
Warn XD9000
36/12.50-15 Swamper SX's

Plans: Detroit 8.8
Detroit EZ D30(part of locker package deal)
4.56 or 4.88's
replacement motor/tranny
Sell EZ and get ARB 30/30 with alloys
SYE with new DS's(need to investigate Explorer lengths)

 Nice! Sounds like a few of you fellas got some cool stuff too, congrats. After taking delivery of the 36's yesterday, and talking to present and past 36" owners, I'm looking to sell my hpD30 in hopes of finding a D44. I have a few possibilities lined up, I just need to do some hardcore pondering as to which route to take. Snowball effect much?? :crazy

I just wanted to say that Tracey did not tell me anything about what you have been doing this past weekend with bobbig and cutting and smashing and so on....
Ohhhh, so I assume Adam's smartas$ post would be Clayts reference. I wasn't aware that guys within the close circle were also excluded. I guess I'm a no good bastid.

**Yeah Mike, rock lights are definately a cool mod!

Fred: Alot of my pre-GSE mods are mods I want/need to do anyway, but knowing that following Clayton is gonna be alot tougher than my usual 'wheelin regiment, I try like heck to get my upgrades finished beforehand. This year is going to be insanely stressful, my D44 is still sitting down at Clayt's shop totally stripped with no brackets, and I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to afford the gears, realbeadlocks and all the misc. brake components needed to complete the axle. Unless a miracle occurs, it looks like I'm gonna be the carnage king running a D30 with my 36" SX's

BTW: I go 'wheelin locally at least once a week.

Fred: I'm planning on trailering my ZJ down this year anyway, so if I make it FUBAR then I can still drag it home afterwards. But I appreciate the offer nonetheless.

Yeah, but Fred, if it wasn't for a generous Uncle and Father, I'd be driving my Jeep down. And one of my biggest limiting factors in GSE's past was the drive home, so I figure if I remove that from the equation more fun can be had.
