New hear but definitely not to jeeps and modifications.

Current is a 2004 wj 4" lift rod knocking motor and some other fun additions.
I mostly wheel on the ranch these days but need to get out more.

We have a lot of people joining the forum recently, and everyone wants to introduce themselves, so instead of having hundreds of introduction threads, lets put them all in this one thread.

So if you are a new member, post up here and say hello!

Thanks for having me.
Not much of a club, if you allow me to be a member; yuk, yuk.
I do not have a GC yet, but have had many XJ's and am looking for a ZJ.
I build my Jeeps and know clubs are the best way to share/ receive information.
Once again, thanks.

Fred

23-year-old city boy who finally got a space to put a car. First car and it's a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 128k miles on it. Needs lots of love I hope to learn to give it.

It looks as new of course most cars do at night. But since it is in proportion to 23 years I think it looks prolific.
Welcome

I am looking at a 2004 GC Columbia Edition, 4.7L HO, 126K miles.
The exterior is clean, under side clean, the interior smells, (stinks), like big, wet outside dog(s), maybe even pee! Asking $5599.
Seems high to me, what's your thoughts.

I know this may be a dumb question but I'll pose it anyways:

Do I need to reach a certain number of posts before I can start a new thread?

I tried to start one, submitted it, but now I can't find it for the life of me.....

Hi Rupert.
Not a good feeling, personally I turn it down. Nothing can explain that unless cats & skunks got together to pee-bomb the h#@# on it.
But you do your biding.
Good luck

Old fart in Southern California. I did a ton of work on my 94 zj, but had to put it on the back burner after I wound up in the ER back in 2018. I'm finally back to wrenching tomorrow. If I had to do it all over again, I'm probably dumb enough to do so. My idiot buddy traded in his 98 5.9 after it got broke into. He knew I wanted to buy it, so we are no longer best buds. Main regret is not getting something odbII. I look forward to meeting up with some like minded jeepers after covid takes a break.

Just picked up a 2020 Jeep GC Ltd. My daily driver lost it's transmission, always liked the Jeeps (had a 98 5,9 and an 02 GC Laredo) especially in Chicago winters. New to the V6 but enjoying it overall. Bitten by the modification bug.

Just wanted to say hey everyone and introduce myself. Picked up this 95 a few weeks ago for a few hundred bucks. It's been sitting for like 7 years. This is going to be my overland build. I've built several XJ's but this will be the first ZJ. She's got the 5.2L and AWD. I have a 231 transfer case I'm swapping in. Looking forward to chatting with everyone and possibly a little help here and there if needed. And maybe I can provide some help too.
