So I was driving my ZJ back home form my parents house a 2.5 hour drive and hour in i hear a wierd sound of something small hitting back and forth so i pull over then the car just stops and goes dead. Lift the hood there coolants everywhere on the left side top and bottom radiator steaming from fill on radiator. So took it too a parts stroed looked it up and down no break in hoses which i thouhgt it might be and the temperature gauge was normal so decide to pool more coolant in and then go to drive get 10 15 mins and heat gauge goes all the way to 260 hear the noie again stop it and get out smoke comign out of radiator and engine block out of the oil fill hole. The is a 4.0 litre 93. Checked oil level a little low but there was no leakes nothing. Hoping it didnt blow a rod or anything. I have it towed to shop so just wander what everybody thought?
