I have got code 12 on my obd1.
It says in Haynes: Problem with the battery connection. Direct battery input to PCM disconnected within the last 50 ignition key cycles.

Can anyone explain what this means for a guy in Norway???

Has anyone had this problem??
The battery looks ok. I have changed the alternator, but it charges only with 12.8 V

Clean the battery terminals with a wire brush and don't worry about it. Everytime you check the codes it's gonna shoot that code at you.

has your battery died or been replaced recently?? any time your battery is unplugged you will get this code until after 50 starts
