I'm having issues with my fuel pump priming for start after replacing my distributor, CPS, heads and timing chain. It seems to be very intermittent and hot or cold doesn't seem to affect it. I did find my CPS pins were corroded at one point and after cleaning them it seemed to start fine, until recently. It my timing chain was off by one tooth would that cause this problem by getting the CPS out of sync? I also installed a NOS Mopar Performance PCM since it's a 95 with OBD I. Maybe that is bad out of the box.

Once it starts it runs great. Oh yeah, the fuel pump has less than 3k miles on it.

Found the problem. The NoS Mopar Performance PCM for OBD1 systems appears to have been faulty. I reinstalled the factory PCM and it has fired up every time without issue.
