Unlike the terra flex set, the rockyroad blocks are actually 2" before the install, meaning you dont stack them on top of existing spacers to get 2". I plan on stacking my new 2" blocks on the old ones to get 2.5" of lift.

Dead wrong. If you add a 2" spacer to a stock setup including th stock coils apring isolators, you get 2" of lift, not 2.5". Nice try though.

Ok if tahts the case, then how come the terra flex kit comes 1.5" and is supposed to be added to the stock spacers to get a grand total of 2"? The rockyroad ones that i purchesed are 2" out of teh box. That means that if i add the 2" spacers to the stock 1/2" spacers, i get 2.5". Unless im not using basic algebra correctly and 2+.5 does not = 2.5....

Keep in mind also Bumpstops..

the biggest problem is that when most guys piece together their lifts, they dont extend their bumpstops..

this causes the larger tires to munch the fenders..

You need adequate bumpstops.

3" lift...2" bumpstops....4.5" lift..3" bumpstops....

bigger than 4.5" lift, bumpstop for tire size.

the tire should go up into the fender, but not so far that is hampers steering..
