2004 trail rated laredo. 73k miles. Just purchased vehicle.
While driving the jeep likes to "dart" to one side or the other. Problem seems worse at speeds of 15-40mph. Does it at highway speeds but not as pronounced. Jeep is bone stock. I've extensively checked the entire suspension twice and there are no signs of anything broken, bad bushings or worn out steering linkage parts. When it does this there is no pull in the steering just the whole vehicle shifts like it caught a crack in the road. No death wobble either. At a loss here.....

Give the tires a good look for bulges. uneven wearing, out-of-round, exposed belts, etc.

Tires are excellent shape. No signs of unusual wear, almost brand new. No bulges or ripples in the sidewalls. Got it in the shop as we speak. We'll see

Found the culprits. Both rear lower control arms, rear upper control arm and ball joint, rear sway bar bushings and links while I'm in there and replace rear center brake line. $1,200 shop estimate but I can do it all for under $200. Thanks for all the input.
