OK, since no one has stepped up to the plate and made GSNW happen the past two years, I'm gonna call the next one and make it happen, again. I will only plan the dates and venues. If anyone wants to make this a vendor prize thing/community campground/organized dinner at some restaurant kind of thing, they'll have to organize it themselves. One thing though: NO raffle, NO money associated with the event. I felt we got burned the last time.
Tentatively, the dates will be October 13, 14, and 15 (Fri, Sat, and Sun.) It will be held in Central/Western Washington at three different sites over the three days. We will meet in Cle Elum Friday morning and disappear into the mountains. Come out on the other side Friday night and find a place to camp. Spend Saturday around Carbonado/Wilkeson and finally end up down at Elbe for Sunday (saving the best for last.)
Come one, come all. If you plan on running Sunday, be prepared to take some body damage and have 32's or better and at least one locker (we'll pull you through the other spots.
