For parts? I would say about $200-$250. Ring and Pinion will run you around $170, master install kit $40. Plus it's probably a good time to change your wheel bearings if you have a decent amount of mileage on the thing. Just cheap insurance.

Now labor is the expensive thing. Since your D35 is already setup now, I would say go for it and do it yourself. Use the factory shims as a baseline. Otherwise, be prepared to shell out $400-$500 for a shop to do it.
