I have a few issues with the front end of my 98' 5.2L. The bushings for the sway bar seem to be worn because when the suspenion articulates at all they creak. I know it's just annoying, but I can't seem to find those for sale anywhere. Is that something that WD40 would fix?

Second. When I go over bumpy terrain, like washboards, everything seems to rattle a lot. I looked underneath and the steering linkage (sorry I don't know the names of every part) has a lot of up and down play in it. I didn't know if that's normal.

The LF CV boot is torn and the joint is starting to make noise when turning left going backwards. What's involved in replacing that? Is it recomended that you replace both sides when only one is bad?

If you have up and down play in the wheels (make sure ur steering isnt locked :spank: ) then it usually mean wheel bearing problems. you should just try to slap on a new boot and grease it up (get a boot kit from napa) before investing in the expensive replacement of the whole shaft. and no u can change only one, but while ur at it, u might as well do both!
