I have the 40 Series on my ZJ with the 4.0. I just recently installed it, and MY GOD!!! It sounds soooo nice. Put it this way, I drove by a van and the muffler set the alarm off. It reverburates that much. I love it!!! Hope that helps.

So you guys with the 5.2's. Are you converting the exhaust to dual or just running 1 flowey?

I want to hook up the "american thunder Flow 40" on mine. But I am no real mechanic and not sure what needs to be done. Do I need to keep the cat on it? Can I just leave the cat in its place and just replace the muffler?

What kind of after market cats are out there?

Can I get some information?

THanks all. [smilie=bal_cool.gif] [smilie=1zj2 (1).gif]

in simple terms...all you gotta do it cut the pipe at the front of the muffler, but the new one in place and run the pipe out the back or side or whereever. then put a clamp on where the new muffler goes onto the old pipe that you cut at the front. and ofcourse you hold the out pipe from the muffler with hangers and such.
