I have been trying for a week to get answer from Mopar customer service and local dealer. My owners manual says to disconnect negative battery cable plus do about 15 other steps. Battery cable disconnect was not required in 2019 and earlier models. It doesn’t say which of the two batteries to disconnect or when to reconnect plus they are buried under passenger seat. If you did this, wouldn’t you have to reset everything in car each time I.e. radio, seats etc?
I think it is an error in 2020 manual but good luck getting any or same answer twice from Jeep.
Makes no sense to disconnect battery, wouldn’t that also affect power steering and brakes?
Has anyone towed four down with 2020 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and if so how?
Please help!

I have the same GC Trailhawk 2020. In reading the manual on the step by step it doesn’t mention disconnecting the battery. It does mention it in the chart on the previous page. It must be an error. Try calling JeepWave as I will and if you get an answer please post
