Disco the ABS

I have a 97 and put a HP D30 in it. I tossed the ABS but now the light for the ABS stays on. How do I get it to turn off and stay off. I took the 50 amp fuse out but it stayed on. Is there a relay to remove or do I need to rip the dash apart and remove the light bulb?

i dont know but taking the fues out will turn on the light.....

Pull the instrument panel and remove the lamp, about 15 minutes work. The lamp is switched thru the computer so removing relays and fuses won't do it.

X2. Or do like I did and put a black piece of electrical tape around it. That way you have a spare and know where it is.
