my buddys going to be getting a 93 zj that recently had a tranny put in it. It starts and runs just fine the problem is wwhen it is put in gear it dies. Does anyone have any idea what it is ?

On my 96 ZJ it lost its computer and when I tried a computer that didn't have the security feature it also dies as soon as you put it in gear. If this jeep has security you might try finding a way to over-ride the security feature.
