Hey guys well i just did a 3" lift and now when i turn the wheel to the right its slow to turn and it makes a loud clunking noise For just a second.

Any idea what it could be and what the solution is?

Thanks

Clunk

Look for something with play in it or jumping like the track bar to body mount or the bushings in the track bar.

OK well i had someone turn the wheel while i was under the jeep and figured out that there was a little play when the bolt attaches at the axle but i tighnened it up and there is still a problem. Its the spot where it is adjustable. It seems to be moving up and down there. Now the nut isnt really tight because i didnt have a wrench that was big enough but it seems tight enough. Would getting a huge wrench and Really honking down on that bolt help?

Why would i be moving up and down there. Any other ways i could fix this?

Thanks

That means it's aftermarket. Don't drive around with that jam nut not tightened, please. Not only will having that nut loose not preload the threads properly, the wiggle may eventually wear down at them to where there is always a little slack in the connection. Once that happens, you're looking at nasty deathwobble and shopping for another new trackbar.
