I have a clicking noise coming from the drivers side front tire. I already changed out one bad CV and im dreading that the used one i put back in just broke.

It only clicks when making tight turns or when braking. When put under a load (shifting into 4lo) and making tight turns, it blew out my old CV. Is there some problem that is casuing my CV's to blow constantly or am i just putting in rotten CV's.

Could this clicking noise be something other than the CV?

it could be a million things... check the boot... does the CV have greace? is the boot torn? are you running the 249? Are the brakes clearing stuff likethe brake shield?
