I have a set of Rustys Adjustable upper rear Control arms. They use stock bushing which I have (CA were Free) Question is how do I get the old bushings out and the new ones in? I need to replace them cause these are worn and torn. So what's the easiest way to replace the bushings.

Thanks for any and all help I know I'll get on here..

a press is easiest. Or maybe creative use of a bench vise. Cut the old ones out and use the vise to squeeze the new ones in.
