MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!I hope everyone is safe and happy. Everybody give a moment to pray for our troops both still over there and the ones who made home and for the families of those who didn't.

Nice day out, stuck inside at work. Suppose to hit 40 saturday, but I'll be stuck here again.

You bought a welder right? That's perfect for annoying neighbors. Every hour of welding probably requires 2 hours of grinding. Not much more annoying or louder than grinding steel with an angle grinder.

Better yet, grind on some sheetmetal. Even with headphones and a visor, that's annoying. When he comes over to whine, tell him if you hear one more complaint from him, you'll never fix his any of his **** with your welder....

Haha i do all my grinding out in the driveway that way i can make all my neighbors mad. Course they have all gotten use to it during the summer when jeep is all torn down in driveway all the time. Hope to have my new garage built this spring so no more working in driveway.

When you get the garage build going provide some pics, heck I'd even come out and help. Are you building it yourself or having contractors do it? You'll have a garage dedication party when its done right?

Today is a crappy day on the shore of western Michigan. Temp's in the high 30's to low 40's, rainy, cloudy, not a jeep maintenance friendly day. Don't know if I'll get my down stream o2 sensor in today. Kinda dread crawling around under a jeep in the wet, cold weather. But the coffee is hot, and that's what is important. Still might do the o2 thing in the afternoon.

I actually have the weekend off (wow! a holiday off). Just spending it at home.

Will post up some pics when it gets started. Already have part of the concrete poured but am going to extend it another 12 foot or so. Should hopefully be about a 34x40 garage when done. Just haven't decided on how high i want make the doors so i can still get jeep in.

Hope everyone has a good new years and stays safe and out of trouble.

I found a 62MM TB on ebay. im might be getting it after i sell my explorer. the first problem i ran into was the hole on my 99+intake will be to small. so ill have my buddy mill it to the right size. but my next question would be will i have any idleing issues from it breathing to good/ being so open?? if that makes sence haha thoughts?

I'm not an "expert", but I'm pretty sure the PCM will compensate up to a certain horsepower. Read it would handle a moderate injector upgrade too. Might think of matching the intake to the head as well. Check with Shayne and see if he is still planning to offer his thermostat housing upgrading too.

OK, everybody hold off on your summer vacation pick next summer. We can all plan the same week and work on finishing MY garage. An incentive would be that half of it is going to be a man-cave and I am building a bar inside with a grill area.

Happy New Years!

I did the thermostat housing myself like a week ago so thats already done. i already know the the PCM with change but i was kinda wondering if it was to much chage for the PCM to handle. also planing on doing the 2.0 neon injectors when i find a set for a half @$$ good price.

Happy New Years everyone!

Bar+Grill+jeep guys=mancave......I have a hammer
i like the way you think.

I got lots of free time and can supervise construction! By the way, I'm gonna start building engines again. Anything from budget modded, budget stroker, big cube stroker, and even my new corn burner! I'm setting up shop and will be ready to run by the first of Feb. Also gonna sell modded intakes, TBs, T-stat housings, and heads. I'm working on a deal to have MAP adjusters produced for me. They will be about the size of a quarter and completly solid state. I'm gonna try to make a living at this for awhile. Docs say I'll never return to a regular job.

Happy New Year 2012

We'll I got blasted on some bubbley, Rebecca (wife) had a glass and it was up to me to make sure the bottle didn't go to waste. We stayed home with the young boys (Noah and Kaleb) and watched the ball drop in times square on TV. Then the young ones went to bed and my wife and I watched a movie '147 hours", a hiker got a arm smashed and trap. Had to cut the arm off to get out. Very good movie.

Oldest boy (Jacob) went to GR to watch the ball drop at "Rosa Park" circle. I hate crowds and that would have bothered me big time. And that is how we spent our new year. Happy Holiday!!!!
