I think I have this right finally. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. This is what I'll do to get about 3 or 3 1/2" of lift.

1) put the front springs in the back
2) put new 3" springs in front with 1.75" spacers in the front w/o the OE spacers to balance out the back
3) drill the front track bar
4) bolt or weld or both the rear track bar bracket
5) Put my new shocks in.

Could anyone tell me how to make sure I get the right shocks. I mean could I just go down to Autozone and pick up 4 or what. Also all these parts but the springs can be bought from Rusty's Off Road, who by the way sells things very reasonable priced. Can anyone attest to the value of these parts. He sells the hydroshocks for $120/set. Any tips?
