Looking for recommendations on the best place to get upper/lower adjustable control arms for my ZJ. I'd been talking to Jason at IRO, and am leaning towards their product.

But wanted to hear other's opinions before I laid down the credit card. Thanks!

Iron rock,

RE,

Jks are all good.

I have RE superflex uppers, and Rusty's lowers. I feel like I took a chance getting Rusty's arms since their reputation is a little questionable, but I gotta say, I am very pleased. They are plenty beefy, and have worked great for about 6 months now.

Thanks for the info, Jerry. I'll have to check them out. I'm still really leaning towards IRO, because at $600 for all 8, you really can't beat it.

Wow I have never heard anything bad about Rusty's products and have some of their stuff on my rig and all is great.I will be buying their upper arms in the future.

i wasn't happy with them at first but they came through. I'm staying with them i think.

I have IRO rear fixed LCAs right now they are solid. I also have adjustable UCAs Im installing next week also IRO. I like them. I had bad rear bushings so thats why I started in the rear. When Im done there Ill be moving to the front, when money allows.

sorry this is kind of a noob question, but would i just need rear lower control arms to center my tire back into the wheel well or does that not even work?

Basically what to i need for some more upgrades?

I have the IRO 3.5" lift now and will probably go bigger some time in the near future, so i would want adjustables.

Katesdad,

you want the rear tire as close to the front of the rear well as you can get it without touching. Remember, the rear suspension flexes up and back. If you center it in the well, you'll hit the rear of the rear well damaging your tire and fender.
