So i thought that the noise was my CVs so i swapped in some U-Joints... then it was still there, So i did the wheel bearing. so when i had it on the lift i got it all back together and rotated the new hub and it's catching somewhere in the Differential.
Anyone know what it might be? or have you had this problem before?

P.S. I believe it's a Dana 30

So i got the diff out and it turns out the carrier bearings were really in poor shape so that's
all it was.

Going to try to press the bearings on today and get it back up and running.

be careful, one of the many times that I rebuilt my front 30, I over tightened the Pinion nut & I've not been able to quiet my gears down since.
That was about 80 k ago.
