Fuel pump at station shuts off while pumping gas. Have tried different stations with same end result

Same on 1999 WJ, and 2008 chrysler sebring JS both petrol engines

Had the same problem with a Sebring conv after a garage replaced the fuel pump. They damaged the vent tube that runs inside the filler tube.
Short of ripping everything apart just fill with lowest nozzle setting.
