I can't recommend from experience but you may want to look for tires with the three mountain peak symbol, rating them for good snow performance.

Check prices and reviews for your size tires on Amazon, Tire Rack, and eBay.
Most places include shipping in the price.
If you buy on line a reasonable price for mounting and balancing around $25 per wheel more if TPS needs redone.

I'm strongly in Continentals camp right now. I've tried various cheaper tires over the last ten or fifteen years but nothing is ever as good as the Conti's I keep going back to.

They are pricey but, I am a big fan of the Michelin Defender LTX. I live in the Midwest and they have done great in rain and snow. They are also rated for 70,000 miles so I don’t have to buy them as often.
