Revised 93-98 ZJ Bumper Plans - Rear Plans Now Available!

93-98 Jeep ZJ Front Bumper Plans:

I have recently revisited the 93-98 ZJ front bumper plans that a number of you have taken advantage of over the years. The design changed a little from the original, and is now cleaner, offers slightly better approach angles, and IMHO looks a little nicer.

These can be given to your local metal cutting shop to be cut on a plasma or water jet table. This provides a more cost effective route of obtaining a front winch mount bumper for your ZJ than purchasing a pre-built bumper.

That is a good looking bumper! PS, your links dont work. I was able to find them by adjusting the url that comes up when you click your link, and downloading the image.

Also, do you have an email address where I can send you an email? I dont have the funds right now as I just finished college and I am looking for a job, but as soon as I have a job I would like to purchase a copy of these plans.

Please send plans for both bumpers in CAD if possible.

Flatland 4x4 is proud to present our 93-98 Jeep Grand Cherokee (ZJ) Front Non-Winch Bumper.

This non-winch version of our front bumper provides the protection you need without compromising your approach angle. Designed to be a direct replacement to your stock bumper, this bumper is available with a slotted skid or standard radiator skid.

That probably depends a lot on location, material and labor costs. Most of our bumpers are nested in a manner that allows them to be cut from a 4'x4' sheet of steel. You may have to call some local shops to see what they would charge. I've heard customers say they receive quotes from $500-$800 to have it cut and built. Obviously you can save money if you do it yourself.
