Might you have a healthy sun roof, I need some parts and it might just be easier to take the whole thing seeing that your prices seem reasonable. Also I am looking for the main panel on the rear hatch in the Limited grey as well. Got a good rust free hood? Let me know... Thanks

Do you have a steering wheel in good condition?

I can check at the yard where i sent the wrecked GC- steering wheel and sunroof are there for sure- hood was damaged, and rear hatch has been stripped already. the things i can check on i'll let you guys know tomorrow. I'm going there on another errand anyways.

I snapped some pics of the sunroof from my wrecked 98- it worked perfectly although it has been sitting for awhile now it should be fine.

you'll have to make me some kind of offer on this- figures i gave them the wreck for free now they want $ for the parts and of course i'd have to go pull it. not looking to make much but if you want it make it worth my while.

I might be able to paint it. How much? Does it have a in tact header panel behind it?
I did not see an intact header panel yesterday-

nice thing about a chrome grille is this- it'll fit any GC and goes with any color paint lol! let me know if you want it and how much you're willing to spend.

Sunroof, What do the Bone Yard Folks Want

Hey there,
Yeah that sucks for both of us. Here's the real deal, on the passenger side of my 98 LTD some of the hardware stuff, that last long piece that goes over the posts is missing for sure. It also seems like the gasket either just needs to be re-glued or might be distorted after not being cinched down properly for a long time now... I may need another odd or end, But I have not taken it apart because I'm afraid there may be other ready to crap out pieces in there and then I have a Jeep with a big *** hole in the roof and no way to seal it back up.

Just the other night I was cruising home on the Highway at about 70 and I could hear that the roof just wasn't tight. So I pealed back the cover and just found a bit of something to grab onto on the pass side and you could immediately hear almost all the noise cut out. So I certainly need that track stuff from that side...

When you still had the rig your prices were so decent I just figured I buy the whole deal and have spare parts in case I ended up in a can of worms as I dug into the job. I'm a big believer in if there is a chance for a mess coming apart in your hands when doing a job, try to be ready for that mess of ruined, rusted or busted up pieces. There is nothing worse than taking something apart and then needing to wait weeks or longer trying to get what you need...

So here's the deal I guess to be fair to both of us. Could you get me just the main track stuff from the passenger side? And Either way, what is the Bone Yard asking for either the track stuff (might be much easier on you too, save you time and knuckles digging around up there...) or the entire roof? Then according to how much effort and time you put in, we should properly pay you for that cause anything else would be rude and unfair... So does that make some amount of sense to you???

I pay for the part, parts, and then give you something reasonable for being a decent guy and going picking for me... At some point I almost wonder if I should call my two local dealers, look at some exploded diagrams and see if the one or two parts I will need are available and how much are they... By the time you and I both go thru this entire dance and S&H perhaps NOS, OEM starts to make some amount of sense...

Let me know what you think about all this, and thanks so much,

Paul

sorry for the late replies guys- been working all week.

the radiator was working fine and had no problems when i did the v-8 swap. i just pulled it with condenser and oil cooler attatched. you had a 98- if that one would work in your 93 then mine would as well. mine is from the 97 4.0

Will you post or send me a pic of the steering wheel please?
i don't happen to have a pic handy but i bet if you send me a pic of yours(just to be sure there's 2 styles) i can get one in perfect shape. between my wrecked 98 donor and/or the other 98 i'm going to have soon i can have one ready to go.

How much for the t-case skid shipped to 04401? Thanks
$65- most of that is shipping. i'm not looking for much on that- heck if you were standing here i'd probably just tell you to take it!
