Dont waste your money. They wont fit. The only two sets of headers that will fit the ZJ are the Doug Thorleys and the Edelbrock headers. Thats it.

I have the edelbrock ceramic coated stainless headers and y pipe. Think I paid around $650.00 for them. Been running them for about two years and coating looks almost new. Great fit, pleanty of clearance all around. Soon as I figure out how to post pics I will do so.

Ok, it's 3:30 am on st Patrick's day and i'm smashed, but to answer Op's question however I'm going to say go to speedfreaks.net, and take any post by ringwraith as gospel. Pretty much any of the $200 headers will fit but they'll involve frame cutting - at least on one side. Kolak says that you can get the majority of the benefit of headers by replacing the crushed y pipe section with some mandrel bent tubing. Sounds logical to me. I don't speak from any physical experience however it must be added. Anyway, back to the Pillsner ahah ye ye.

According to thorleys own web site the jgc headers only have 2 1/2 inch collectors though they do look to be a better design than the edelbrock setup. Just not to sure if that justifies the extra $400. Dollars.

it seems to be agreed upon that Ram and Durango headers will not bolt on w/o modifications. effin shame too

bought these Eddy's off the local Kijiji for $250 , sweet deal never used .

I have since bought a new high flow cat , and just need to pick a new muffer to install on the 5.9

someone has to post a pic  compare them to the durango set

93 manies seem to be the best flowing manifolds that are comparable to basic headers. not as good but for the price and being a direct bolt on its the easiest most affordable option. from there: replace y-pipe, high flow cat and muffler, replace tail. go no less than 2.5" all the way.
