I got the solid diff cover too!!

blue torch fab 1/4" cover FTW

Hopped on the Solid Differential Cover's deals and picked me up a new cover for the hp30. Just came in and it's a beaut ;)

My girlfriend's grandparents just got a dog about 2 months ago but aren't able to take care of it so my family picked up a new dog as well.

She's a tiny Yorki, about 5 lbs and barely comes up to my elbow when I hold her. She's about 3 months old and her name is Lilly. The grandparents had named her Pooky but we thought it needed a change.

i <3 COD

Fuzz-- No i won't have LA's on by the 09 GS :( I can only dream of having THAT much money to throw at the Jeep!! 3 teenage boys cost A LOT of money to feed, house and cloth---UGH!! But I should have skids, tow points and a 231 by then :)
Nice diff cover, very SWEET!!

2413 winchester street eh?

he lives right by salisbury country club i bet

Seriously guys, don't post up his address!!! I belonged to another Mopar Forum that 4 members had their cars stolen from doing that, NO KIDDING!! People surf these sites for unscrupeless reasons, it could result in someones rig going missing!! Just my 2 cents, but I'd hate to see someone go through what my other friends have gone through, having your pride and joy stolen REALLY sucks!!

Worked on the jeeps a little bit this weekend but sunlight seemed to cut us a bit short. Here's some of the progress we made.

Started to take the plastic out of the fender wells.

And started to rip the cladding off.

Image

Planning on taking a bunch of steel off to allow for some more room for the Iroks. I'm planning on trimming under the black line and cutting the ARB even with it as well.

Image

There's a small mount on the inside of the wells but I'm going to leave that on for some stability hence the double lines.

Shot of the other side where we are planning on cutting.

The transfer case is still leaking. We tried retightening all the bolts around it but it was still leaking pretty bad so I started to take everything down to give us more access for a better look at everything.

Image

And taking down the driveshafts to drop the transfer case.

Image

Mount down as well for more room.

Image

Here's where the leak is coming from. Dribbling out of that small hole. That is suposed to be there, we checked Maxx's tc and he has it too, minus the leak.

TC drop continued

And we got Maxxs shiny new door installed as well.

Image

Looks like it could use some Herculiner.

Image

And hopefully we can get the Irok mounted on the back today.

Any ideas on the tc? Tranny seal is good and the fluid is full on it. Other than dropping the tc and retightening, everything looked normal on it. Maybe some RTV?

seems like that tail pipe it a little close to the upper link, looks like it could hit on droop?

You did not overfill your TC did ya, its supposed to be 1/2 to 3/4 inch below the fill plug. That is a weap hole for an inner seal I believe, but have seen em leak there when overfilled. Did I see right you only have four bolts holding your rear diff cover on?? Cutting corners are we--HAHA. Looks good, hope you get the leak fixed!! :) O and wow, talk about trimming, might as well just take the fenders off --LOL!!
