I've dealt with DW with many rigs over many years... about 11 yrs now. There are so many causes. At 4.5"es of lift your really maxed out for short arms. Yes some people have them without problems, but eventually DW usually will occur at some point... at that lift height. Really, it can happen even to a stock height Jeep.
You really shouldn't need a drop pitman. You mentioned TB drop bracket, is your TB running parallel to your drag link? If the angles are different there, a whole other problem would exist, and that is bump steer.
DW... Should start with the simple things first. Balance wheels and tires, replace/check steering stabilizer. I've had Jeeps where it took two stabilizers to keep the DW away (but those Jeeps had unresolved problems that I hadn't found yet... or, after so many DW's I was just fed up with chasing the problem

)...
On with the list, TRE's, Uneven tire wear, ball joints, even worn bushings in the CA's (the problem with my last Jeep the 5.9L), Loose track bar... If you replaced the track bar, did you put the same locking nut on the axle end of the Jeep. Because if you didn't, it's prob. loose.
The list goes on...
To really rid yourself of DW, you need LA's or Drop brackets for the short arms up front. Get over 4 to 4.5"es of lift and things get expensive quickly, AND there is a reason for it. You've changed the whole geometry of what the engineers of your Jeep originally intended... changed it by a whole lot. You can use XJ RE drop brackets, or Rough Country. You will need some minor mods to get them to fit. This will put the angle of your short arms at more reasonable angles. This will get rid of the DW, due to suspension problems created by the lift.
Search is your friend, there is a lot of info out there now for DW. Hope this helps.
